My Favourite Online Supermarket Re-Brands!
And the first thing I have to say is that I am loving the new logo! It is so happy looking. I mean look at it. Don't you just feel like smiling?
I, Salt join former Buycommonthings.com to inform you that it now has a new name: Gloo.ng! (please click to find out more about the re-branding by reading the Press Release issued.)
As some of you might know already, I love this online supermarket because, like its Management says, the service it provides goes beyond delivering my groceries. It saves me money, takes away unneeded 'wifey/mommy stress' freeing my mind to focus on other things. In short, Gloo.ng makes me happy! There is just something about the way Tolu (the team member who usually handles my orders) relates with me that makes me feel like I am the only customer she has and I know this cannot be true. Having someone partner with you to consistently make your home life less stressful just makes me smile on the inside. Much like the new face of Gloo.ng.
I think for me, what sets Gloo.ng apart is not just the consistently excellent customer service they offer. It is also their 'responsiveness'. I, for one, know that all I had to do was 'cough' a little and the customer support team would immediately begin to 'catch cold'. I kid you not. It got to the point that I began to reflect very carefully before sending feedback because before you said 'click to buy', my box would be filled with emails responding to my comments AND on top of that the MD would be calling me to thank me! Yes, that is how responsive Gloo.ng is, from top to bottom!
So I just want to congratulate the Management and all the team members of the new Gloo.ng on this new development. I think I began using your service around the last quarter of 2012 and I have never regretted the decision. I celebrate with you all and I promise to continue to pray for you to achieve your vision:
To be Nigeria's Biggest Supermarket…without brick-and-mortar.....to change the way Nigerians shop for groceries and living essentials--the same way Amazon changed the way the US shops for books!
So now people, it's the weekend! A-shopping continua! Remember, you can buy groceries anywhere but when you shop via Gloo.ng, you don't just buy groceries, you save money AND you get a little happiness on the side!
*smiling* Love it!
