Enough Useless Crying!

Come cry out with purpose!
Come cry out to God!

Yes, I mean it. It is time to stop all the useless crying. Tears don’t move situations. I wish they did but they don't.  I mean, if they did, the situations I am still dealing with should be totally obliterated by now. While it is good to cry sometimes to get things out and vent and all that, I am not sure that when you want real change in your life that tears can do much for you. So, stop all the useless crying my dear!

Yes, if you want change you need to cry a different cry. You need to cry usefully.

See I actually have nothing against tears. I have cried many a tear in recent times. But all I am asking is that we come and mix those tears with faith and ‘Cry out' to the One who is always willing and always able to help us. If we must cry, I beg you, please attend the Woman Cry Out’ Prayer Conference on Saturday, 23 March 2013!!! There even if you cry, you will not be crying useless cry. You will be crying usefully. You will be crying with Purpose!

You know, there is just something about God. He is always right there. Today, I got a prayer email that was a direct, 100% direct instruction from God against something I had made up my mind to do last night. By morning I had changed my mind somewhat but I was shocked at how directly God had put paid to my thinking. I realized, in that moment, that God is closer than my own skin. He sees my tears. He hears my cries. Not one drop, not one muffled sound goes unnoticed by him and he is right there willing to help and in my case, to save me from myself!

So when you step into The Ruby Gardens, the venue of the conference on Saturday be assured that this same God I speak about, your father and my father will be there waiting to hear your cries, wipe away your tears and to help you. Ruby Gardens is the white tent just beside the Oando Filling Station Tent, 4th Lekki Roundabout along the Lekki - Epe Expressway and I am praying you will not just come to cry out to God yourself but you will bring those women in your life that you care about.

The host of this conference is Pastor Bemigho Omayuku and anyone who knows me knows about my relationship with Pastor B. She knows me well and like God, in spite of all that she knows, she loves me. She loves me past my stuff and only wants me to be the best me I can be and make heaven. And the crazy thing is, I am sure I am not the only woman out there who can say the same thing about Pastor B. If I pray today it is because Pastor Eskor Mfon and Pastor B taught me how to pray and I thank God for them both.

Anyway, before I derail, this blog is my personal plea to you to attend this gathering of women seeking God’s face. I am confident that your life will not be the same if you do.

Like I said, enough of the useless crying o!

Come, join with other women and cry out to God for all that the enemy has taken, is taking, will try to take from you and yours!

Come cry out with purpose at the WCO Prayer Conference!

Hope to see you there!

  2. Thanks dear Salt. It's good to know just how much Pastor Eskor touched lives. With Pastors Rapu and Mfon, I learned the power of prayers and purpose in the old Freedom Hall. today, I am glad to share too, that prayer remains the connecting wire we need to everything good and perfect!
