Upgrade Your Drivers The PeopleSmart Way!
(True, you might not have a driver but do please pass this on to all of your contacts in Lagos, Nigeria, who do have personal drivers OR have businesses that employ drivers. Thank you!)
The Finishing School for Drivers is a one-day workshop is run by PeopleSmart, the training & development arm of our consultancy firm, Henry Nelson Consulting. Our chief aim is to improve the behaviour and performance of your driver. By taking time out to share information and knowledge with him in an intensive interactive one day workshop, we hope to equip your driver with valuable skills that will bring excellence and efficiency to his performance and open his mind to the benefits of being an ethical and professional driver. This course suits all types of employers – from the large corporate to the small business owner to the private employer.
Why Send Your Driver For This Workshop?
Drivers are a critical support resource. Unfortunately, less than 10% of drivers pass through any formal training in the process of obtaining their driving license. Although they have attained some proficiency in ‘driving’, they are mostly ignorant about Driving and Road Use Laws and Signs, First Aid and Emergency Response, Safety and Security, Etiquette and Comportment, Personal Hygiene e.t.c. We are confident that our program will impart the information and knowledge, that will transform them into not just better, safer and smarter drivers but better, safer and smarter people.
Over and above this, we hope that this course will boost the sense of self-worth of our drivers which will have a direct impact on the way they behave and do their work. By sending them for this workshop, you will also be showing them that you appreciate them and believe they are worth the money you are investing. Think about it, on a daily basis, you put your life and the lives of your loved ones in the hands of these people. Don’t you want to know you have done all you can to equip them to be smarter drivers?
